These notes are not requirements, but it can help to keep the library organized, so please read the useful notes here before uploading if you can!:
Note 1: There are multiple variations of some songs with the same name, so to avoid overwriting it would be great if uploaders can rename any files with the following naming convention before uploading. The name of the song, a dash followed by a brief unique description such as by whom or where it was recorded. So an example would be instead of
The Lord's Prayer.mp3
it could be
The Lord's Prayer - NYF 2012 London.mp3

Note 2: Chinese characters are currently unsupported for filenames especially because the player is unable to play them at the moment, so please rename them to the english equivalent, but you can copy and paste the chinese characters into the description.
Note 3: If you have a long file such as for example 2 songs or more, it would be a good idea to edit them into 2 seperate files into their respective song names. You can do this with a free program called Audacity, which you can download for free at http://audacity.sourceforge.net .
If you would like you can send it as an attachment to us at [email protected] and we can do it for you. Simply state the song name details as well as your username if you'd like your username tagged to it.
Note 4: Multiple files can be uploaded, simply press Choose File, find your file, and press Choose File again and find your next file. Repeat as necessary. Then press Upload! Remember to enter your descriptions!
Note 5: You may register an account so we know who is the uploader of the files. Just make sure you login first before uploading so it can be tracked.
Note 6: You can add/edit the lyrics of your songs if you uploaded your files with a registered account. Otherwise if you uploaded anonymously, you can email us the lyrics to [email protected] . Remember to state the Name of the song or File Number.
Note 7: Review and refer to these notes in future in case there are new notes. If there are any questions, problems or comments, please email [email protected] . Thanks!
New Note 8: Uploaded files that do not play for any reason on tjcshare, the admin will automatically monitor and aim to fix within 12 hours if not earlier, as the admin will automatically receive notification to check the file once uploaded. You can contact the admin at [email protected] if you wish to change or inform us about anything. Thanks!
New Note 9: Due to the extensive growing library of media and content we may have to moderate or categorize all files. By submitting you agree that any content submitted may be altered, amended, archived or even removed without notice, be it for quality control, organization or any other reasons at the careful consideration of the administrators.
