How do I get paid?
After your order is processed successfully, go to the Payment Request select a bank and submit your request. After verification your payment will be process and you will receive it there.
How quickly will my payment arrive?
All payments are process immediately . Sometimes banks have delays, especially during holidays and weekends and may cause delays up to within 48 hours, please wait patiently , If your funds aren't visible on your wallet after those timeframes please contact us.
What are the rates?
Our rates vary with the market, but right now they range between 65% and 85%.
Is there a maximum card size?
Unfortunately, we can only accept cards smaller than $500 using the site. If you'd like to sell a larger card denomination, please get in touch via the chat.
How much can I sell?
Initially you are limited to $500 a day. Once you have gone through account verification, you will be able to sell $1900 a day.
Why can't I sell more cards?
We have seller limits on customer accounts and you might be at your limit. If you would like to increase your limit, please contact support via chat.
What about already redeemed card?
We can't accept already redeemed cards and they are of no value to us, so we advise you not to resell others people's cards. We advise that you check the card balance yourself before uploading to us to be sure the card is not used or sold to another vendor already by your supplier(s).
My card was denied. What happened?
To prevent fraud, certain cards can't be accepted. If you think you're being unfairly flagged, get in touch via chat or facebook @coindez and we can figure something out.
Why is a user account required?
We require user accounts because it's the best way for us to help keep track of all the cards you've redeemed and get back to you if there are any issues with your orders.
